Early Exhibitor Commitments Now Open

We are now accepting early commitments from exhibitors, giving vendors the opportunity to secure space and connect with attendees from across the region.

Exhibitor Rates & Options
Exhibitor registrations include exhibit space, a 6-foot table, and chairs.

• Tent Exhibit Space (Covered, Open Air) – $375 per booth
  Located under the event tent. This is a covered space but not climate-controlled and may be exposed to wind and weather depending on tent wall configuration.
• Outdoor Exhibit Space (Uncovered) – $300 per booth
  Located in the designated outdoor vendor area. Exhibitors should plan for full exposure to the elements and may bring their own tent or canopy.

Optional Add-Ons:

• Electricity (low voltage available)
• SWAG bag participation to showcase your brand to attendees
• Additional meal tickets for networking events
